Question(1) Do you use the entire detergent packet? (2) Once used, do you just leave the cleaning solution (water/detergent) in the unit for up to 30 days? Or can you leave it longer, based on how often you shave? Thank you.

- Answer Yes, 30 Days Max I think but just keep a 1 Gallon Plastic foodbag over the station to keep it dust free. Also *its obvious there is no magic in the cleaning solution just search online for the right DIYS method to make your own and WaLa toyr good.

QuestionIf you have a fairly coarse beard and you don't shave for a week, will this work well on that week's worth of growth without just pulling out hairs and such, or must you trim it down a bit with a beard trimmer or something first?

- Answer It will cut it without trimming it down first, but it will take a long time. It is better to trim it down first

- Answer I am having the same problem, this is my second system in 2 weeks both doing the same thing not even giving the cleaning option. Have called customer support twice and both times left on hold for more then an hour while they try to figure out the answer and tried live chat and after an hour of running through different question and answers just ended the chat with no answer. I like the shaver but the cleaning system is s__t!! If your going to get this shaver, just get the shaver. Don't waste your $ on the cleaning system because your not going to get the help you need from Panasonic.
