Hi, Where is the hold button on this phone?? null

Thank you for reaching out! Kindly be informed that the HOLD button is placed on the base unit. However, you can also place a call on hold using the handset. There is no dedicated button for HOLD on the handsets, however you can press MENU during the call > press the arrow down until you see HOLD and then press Select.
