Yes. Or you can turn off that function.

I can see it on the phone. Not verbally. I am with Verizon Fios. And still trying to figure out how to get voice mail. Called and messed up. So I will have to call again. The cable guy should have helped me with that. It’s a package deal. I have to have a landline. I am in a senior community. Need to have the reverse 911. There was a problem with the water and they couldn’t call everyone. Otherwise, I would just stick with cell. Hope this helps.
