- Answer Only the main base is plugged into a wall jack with another plug going to power source. The extension base has only a plug to a power source.

- Answer Hello! The KX-TGB810 is compatible with the KX-TGBA81 handset. However, if your current phone system is the KX-TGC352, please note that the KX-TGBA81 handset is not compatible with it. You will need to obtain a compatible handset for your specific phone system. -C

- Answer Hello, Victor! Each handset for the KX-TGC352B phone system includes a charging cradle that only requires a power outlet for charging. Only the main base unit connects to both the power supply and the telephone line. -C

- Answer The model can work with VoIP, however, if you will experience noise issues or will notice that Caller ID features are not working properly, then you will also have to install a DSL/ADSL filter to the telephone line, between the base unit and each telephone line jack. For this, the DSL/ADSL provider will have to be contacted for further details. -M
