- Answer Hi! You can change the number of times the phone rings before the unit answers calls. You can select 2 to 7 rings, or “Toll saver”. With Toll saver, the unit’s answering system answers at the end of the second ring when new messages have been recorded, or at the end of the fifth ring when there are no new messages. For this, press MENU, then the key # and enter code 211. Choose the desired setting, press SAVE and OFF. - Answer Hi! You can store up to 30 phone numbers in the call block list and you can add 50 names (16 characters max.) and phone numbers (24 digits max.) to the phonebook. -C.

- Answer Hello! If your system already came with 5 handsets, please take note that you can only add one more. The maximum number of handsets that you can have connected to a base is six. The compatible handset can be purchased separately, please look for model number KX-TGFA71. -M

- Answer Hello. The volume can be controlled with the code MENU #160 on a handset. After entering the code, you will see the current volume, and you can reduce/increase it by pressing the down/up arrow key on the handset until you reach the desired volume level. -G
