QuestionWill the answering machine pick up a 2nd call if I am on the phone? If not, is there a recommended phone to do this if I only have 1 phone line. I haven't found one that will actually pick up if I'm on the phone, only call waiting but no answering machine

- Answer Thank you for asking. The answering machine cannot pick up another call if you are already on call with someone else (on the same line) unless you have Call Waiting through the service provider.

- Answer Yes, you can, it is called Remote operation. Using a touch-tone phone, you can call your phone number from outside and access the unit to listen to messages or change answering system settings. The unit’s voice guidance prompts you to press certain dial keys to perform different operations. - Answer None of the Amplified Phone Systems has Two lines. We can recommend you these two line models: KX-TG9581B/KX-TG9582B or the KX-TG9541B/KX-TG9542B.

QuestionPurchased 9541 w 3 add'l handsets. Need to turn up volume in noisy environment higher than allows on handset. Is there a way to increase beyond allowed or is there any other handsets that have higher volume controls?

- Answer Dear customer, thank you for your quesation. By pairing a Bluetooth headset to the base unit, you can have a hands-free conversation wirelessly for landline calls. The headset needs to have the (HFP) specification. All the headsets with this specification will work with the units.

- Answer Thank you for your question. You have the redial option, the last 10 phone numbers dialed are stored in the redial list (each 48 digits max.). You can find more information here: http://help.panasonic.ca/viewing/ALL/KX-TG9541/OI/TG9541_PNQX6073XA/TG9541_PNQX6073XA.pdf#page=27 or you can use the speed dial option, you can assign 1 phone number to each of the dial keys (1 to 9, or 0 (10)) , so any time you want to call that specific phone number you can press the specific dial key for it, here you have the instructions: http://help.panasonic.ca/viewing/ALL/KX-TG9541/OI/TG9541_PNQX6073XA/TG9541_PNQX6073XA.pdf#page=35

- Answer In regards to the KX-TG9541B the telephone can be used with the landline connection. Alternate method of usage is without the landline connections and connected with the your cell phone using the Link2Cell feature.
