Does the phone have hardware for a fiber VOIP line? null

We currently have VOIP phones and these work fine.

Don't know but there is no additional hardware other than phones, individual docking stations with cords and a telephone cord.

Not that I could see. It connects to the land-line using a standard sized phone jack like any other land line phone. I'm not familiar with any VOIP systems so I don't know how they would connect with a phone if they didn't use a standard phone plug/jack.
