YES. But make sure you read carefully the instructions on pages 51-52 of the Instruction Book for mounting on the wall

Yes. It can be wall mounted. We chose not to wall mount ours.

Definitely. That's how I did ours. Very easy to do. However there was only a long cord to connect the phone to the wall jack so I used the short one from our previous one.
