• This one requires manually blocking. It does have a dedicated button that can be pushed at anytime, including while on another call.

• Nope, this phone doesn't do any of those, not even close :-). But generally I like this phone, it has good speaker, can be connected to wireless headset and announces the caller ID. I am happy with it
