Yes, this unit has call blocking.

It has call blocking but it only seems to work when the call you want to block is still active. If I see on CID that there is a call I want to block and I then press call block it gives me two options. I can either clear or save. If I click on clear I have to clear that phone number. It does not block it. Usually it's a telemarketer. I also have a problem where I programmed the answering machine to go on after 3 rings, but it chooses instead to stop at 2 rings. I've always bought Panasonic phones; this one is the worst I have ever had. Would not recommend it!
