- Answer Hi! You cannot copy the information from a base to another base. However, as this model has link 2 cell, you can transfer your cell phonebook directly to the Panasonic base, via Bluetooth. -A

- Answer Thank you for your question. Yes, A 3-digit remote access code must be entered when operating the answering system remotely. This code prevents unauthorized parties from listening to your messages remotely. The default setting is “111”.

QuestionHow do you set the desired volume level on the base or handset? It is loud for me when I receive calls.

- Answer I had difficulty figuring this out. Rather than set volume from the base unit, set the volume using the handheld device instead. Use Menu, Settings, and scroll until you see ringer settings. There are multiple volume levels, including turning the ringer off (particularly useful if you are a speaker on a video Zoom-type call).
