“No one answers the question with a yes or no on whether the base has a blinking light when a message is left. So does a light blink? I know the screen indicates a msg but I want a blinking light!”

Hi Patty Ann, no blinking light. The phone will Audible Alert you when messages are left page 68. Audible message alert This feature allows the base unit to beep to inform you of a new message arrival when new messages are recorded. The base unit beeps 2 times every minute until you listen to the messages, if the “Base unit beep ”setting" is turned on. The default setting is “Off ”.
