- Answer It's a rechargeable trimmer. The battery is included because it's built in. The charger is also included.

QuestionMy husband has the previous model, GB40, will this charge on the GB40 charger or do you have to use the wall plug charger it comes with? Not sure I want it to plug directly into wall so would like that option.

- Answer I found I had to use the wall charger that came with this new model. The former charger isn’t compatible. I wish that wasn’t the case. Preferred the former.

QuestionI see its adjustable, but does the lowest setting allow. you to "shave" your face down to "nothing" and then use a different setting to trim the beard? Hoping to find an all-in-one so I don't have to pack a face shaver and a beard trimmer.

- Answer You can get very close to zero on your face with the comb removed. Otherwise the 1mm setting with the comb is about 1mm.

QuestionIs it necessary to oil this before and after each use? Nothing in the product description mentions the need for oil but the manual does indicates it must be oiled. If it must be iled I will return it since it is high maintenance.

- Answer Should not be necessary after.each use. But should last longer with periodic oil like after a cleaning

- Answer A long time..I trim my beard once or twice a week and only charge it about once a month, sometimes only every other month. Depends on how often you use it.
