Yes it’s a physical game, I got the physical copy right here. The physical copies might be a limited edition though, so if you want one like that you probably should grab one soon. I may be wrong about that but I kind of doubt they’re going to make more of these once they’re gone.

It is! It's actually a Limited Run release(#67 I believe). Very nice addition to a collection.

Yes, in fact limited run delayed the game to make sure a fairly major update was on the cart so it requires as little downloading as possible (good for preservation sake)
