- Answer Yes. the default setting screen stay on or you can change setting -> screen saver to stay one for xx minutes and then shut the screen off.

- Answer This dashcam does not have "night vision" but you can adjust the Exposure Value settings in order to brighten or darken your footage. If you're looking for a dashcam that is equipped with a chip that automaticallly adjusts the picture according to the time of day, I highly recommend the following models: GS550, GSS37, GSS780.
