• Yes they will but they wanted 15$.. i took mine to my cell phone provider and they put it on for free.. which i think if i paid almost 1600$ on products with BB they would have done it no questions asked. Not really a fan of their geek squad.

• Installation is included with your Total Tech! While it may take them a couple tries, absolutely worth the professional install. (They’ll refund if they waste both in the package, might be worth buying two!)

• I do believe so, but you have to be a total tech member, otherwise, they do charge a fee. I think it's 15$ (but don't quote me) a simple search will yield your answer.
