I have a manual 6speed car. Will this work on my car? null

Yes, works by triggering off of your accessory fuse. Knows when you turn key on and off.

The parking mode cable purely tells the camera whether the car is turned on or off and provides a constant source of power. It does not pay attention to what gear the car is in. It should work for any vehicle or transmission.

This doesnt really connect to the transmission in any way. You connect one wire to the ground, one wire to the accessory power and one wire to the always on power.

it is made to connect in several ways and should work in any situation. it works fine.
