Very doubtful it has anywhere close to that range. The antenna is built into the controller differently than most that have external antennas and that has to shorten the transmission range.

My personal experience has indicated that video range is typically less than control range, but that has occurred only at extreme distances that were very uncomfortable to be flying at anyway. While the display does have a map presentation showing the position and direction of flight relative to the "Home Point, it will take several practice encounters to become comfortable relying on this feature. That being said, the Anafi does have an easy, effective escape from a lost video "Flying Blind" situation. Simply initiate the Return to Home function. I have used that feature on occasion when I have become disoriented or lost actual visual contact due to the drone blending in with the background. The video feed will re-establish as the drone moves closer to the controller location. The Anafi is a small drone, difficult to see at much over 100 yards/meters, particularly so if flying against a dark background of trees, buildings or other structures. Extended range flying definitely is challenging, so do so with extreme caution! Thanks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes but you must have clear area between you and the anafi
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When the video looses signal, it will tell you to bring drone closer and if you don’t, it will return to home.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Technically the answer is yes but I have never try that because it will violate the FAA drone safety rules - That is flying out of your VLOS. I don't think you can see the Anafi when it's 1500ft away from you.
