Hi Paolo, Unless they have flight restrictions or local laws against drones or UAV's there shouldn't be an issue. I would refer you to look up the local laws regarding drones.

The only issue I could foresee is if they think the battery would be an issue but if they know their job as they should then they will know that it's not an issue! This drone is actually made by Parrot which is located in France to begin with and of course they are sent by air to here so again no problem sending these batteries by air! Good Luck!
