when does the digital copy redemption expire null

My specific code expired on NYE 2019, however, i purchased this well after 2020 and the code still worked.

The expiration on my digital copy was 12/31/19. I purchased the Blu-Ray in 2020 and I was still able to redeem the digital copy.

Mine didn't come with a digital copy
