• I am not familiar with the Xbox, but this computer does have an HDMI IN port, so if the Xbox has an HDMI OUT, I think it might work.

• Yes you can but why would you do that ? Games for windows exists. I would not buy this to only use it as a monitor, and the processor is much better than a standard XBOX just get your game for windows
