“I just bought one of this PC. I did not find a receiver for the keyboard and mouse, and they are not working. Do I need one? If so there is any way I can make them work without the receiver, or do they sell in the market? Thanks a lot. Franco”

Check your manual or included documentation. There should be a section that instructs you in connecting your wireless mouse and wireless keyboard to the HP all-in-one. I don't have one here to check, but I doubt a plug-in receiver is needed since that should be built in.
