IDK. Mine did the same. I'm taking mine back to Best Buy. Did you get your issue resolved?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Other than checking to see if there is power going to your outlet that you are using, try another outlet in a different room. If the outlets are okay I would return for another one. My HP didn’t have any issues and works great.
