Since its the new am4 platform a12 apu, your looking at low setting with about maybe 30 fps. Now granite, this is a good base start for future upgrades and if you want to play some of the current AAA titles, get a dedicated graphics card like a GTX 1030, GTX 1050, RX 550, RX 560 maybe. There is a few reviews for on YouTube for the APU. As for staying cool for extended periods of time, you won't be over clocking, so the stock cooler will be good enough for your needs. If you get an after marker cooler, go with an air cooler and attic silver 5 thermal compound. AIOs are good, but also may not fit. So measure first before buying any cooler.
