- Answer It will not be difficult. I was using a 2003 Dell running Windows XP. I used a flash drive to transfer Word and Excel Files (I purchased Microsoft Home Office as part of the computer package). I had a number of photos on a Canon camera, and I was easily able to download these to the new computer. Also I had some music files in Cloud storage with Amazon, and those downloaded with no problem..

- Answer To supplement Edsel's response, use as few wireless devices as possible if absolutely solid performance is needed - anything wireless is not nearly as reliable as wired.
