“The specs says this has 2 HDMI ports and 4 3.0 USB plus 2 USB 2.0 ports but I read some of the other questions on here it they were told it has only 1 HDMI and 2 3.0 USB ports. I need a computer with 2 HDMI ports and as many USB 3.0 ports possible”

This computer has 1 HDMI port,and 1 USB C port both are capable of 1080p-4k resolution depending on cable and adaptors(USB C) you use.Keep in mind this computer supports Dual Displays(says it on side of computer)so this may help you as well.I have a 4k monitor and it works well.I dont know if 2 monitors will run in 60 hz but 2 monitors will work with this computer.

You could use an adapter to convert the VGA to HDMI however if you plan to use two monitors for high resolution images you may want to look for a model which has a dedicated graphics card which is capable of running two displays on a high resolution for the best image quality.
