I have been in touch with HP. Spent hours with them ... They want me to pay for ‘tier 2’ support.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This computer does have 2.4 and 5ghz wireless functionailty. I would reach out to the HP Technical team. Make sure you are contacting HP support and not using a search engine to find HP support. If you go to support.hp.com you can easily find where you can chat with the HP support team at the bottom left. They should be able to troubleshoot your PC and if needed, have you send it off for repair. Have you opened the side of the PC to check the model of the wireless card?
