I have a bose speaker syst em that connects via usb, which also works for sound, but with a printer, mouse, keyboard and speakers, that takes all four rear usb ports. The two front ports are still available, but that means if you want to have a camera, it would have to be plugged into a front port, or have a combination with a microphone. As for learning a foreign language, this computer would work the same as other computers, but laptops have screens, microphones, cameras and speakers built-in. Since a Windows 10 computer, it will likely hear more new bad words from you trying to figure out where everything is, than you will learn from it.
