I have only tried it once in the air plane to use on my Bluetooth head phones .It worked .very well. A few times when I move I will lose signal .But it reconnects right back .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your TV has a standard audio jack it should work. I cannot answer for the ReSound but if it's fairly new, it should pair. Best suggestion is to try it. You may need an audio extension adapter cable (e.g. - https://www.bestbuy.com/site/best-buy-essentials-6-3-5mm-male-to-female-audio-extension-cable-black/6458783.p?skuId=6458783) if the audio jack in the TV is recessed or space is limited (e.g. - bunch of cables) and if you need to move it away from behind the TV to get a better signal but PAWW has great range.
