QuestionDoes it work with iPad too I’m looking for wireless that works with iPad and Xbox one any such thing ?

QuestionWill it connect to an Xbox one and if so how?
- Answer Yes it works great with Xbox One. There is a wifi dongle that gets plugged into one of the Xbox USB ports. You may have to pair the headset and the dongle but we didn’t have to do that. Instructions are all included.
QuestionThe USB is not working no more where can I buy a new USB for it?
- Answer Hi John, If the USB transmitter has suddenly stopped working, Please do not hesitate to contact us at globalsupport@pdp.com. We can start a warranty replacement process right away. QuestionThis headset was a gift to me but the instructions got lost. I can’t figure out how to turn the mic monitoring up. I’ve tried almost every setting possible I even updated the controller but other users still cannot hear me. What do I do?
