• Yes! I programmed mine to control my TV, satellite box, and soundbar. It is the only remote I use now.

• I don't think so since I could not get this piece of junk of a remote to work with my Samsung TV. If you want to just use it to watch movies on your PS4, then it works okay but there is a lag with the bluetooth connection.
