• I believe you can control your tv if you can sync it with one of the setting options on the Xbox, if not I think you can just power off and control the volume.

• Yes, you will need to use the HDMI control on your TV and XBOX. It is limited to volume, mute and power on and off with the XBOX ONE. It will not replace your your actual TV remote.

• Yes for the Xbox, but control of the TV requires a Kinect box.

• No, you can't control your TV with this device but this will work on your Xbox.
