“Why does my Peace by Hampton smart plug have the red and blue lights lit but yet Alexa cannot discover it ?”

Hi Sharon, The Red and Blue lights are just indicator lights to let you know the plug is connected to your network and rather it's on or off. Before Alexa can pick up the plug, you must enable the Peace By Hampton skill in the Alexa app. If you have already enabled the Peace By Hampton skill or need help doing so, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at 833-732-2324.
