“Does the router have to be set at 2.4Ghz to install these plugs? Can the plugs automatically choose the 2.4Ghz band if needed? We have a router with dual band and can't choose which band is broadcasting.”

• You need 2.4, they will find it.

• Plug should automatically seek the right band. You should not have to adjust.

• Hi Armine, If you have a dual band router (one that puts out a 2.4 and 5.0 GHz signal) the app should know which one to connect too. If you need help with connecting your Peace by Hampton Smart Plugs, please give us a call at 833-732-2324.
