• Yes that is correct. This will plug into any standard outlet. You will also need to download the app and sync it with the plug. It's probably a 5-minute process but not bad.

• Yes that is correct. You do have to have wi-fi at home and setup the device using your smart phone. Once the Peace app is installed you can click a button to turn on your fan or light without having to get up. We have not tried this but I believe it works with Amazon’s Alexa and Google devices also.

• Yes, as long as you have an alexa or Google control device or alexa app. Directions are not very clear, but once set up, seems to be fine.
