Can this be attached to a universal stand with base? null

This product is a 'fixed wall mount'. If for some reason you feel the need to use both systems, I seriously doubt you could do it. There's a short amount of distance between a TV attached to this wall mount and your wall. Considering the size of your base (width being the most crucial) that accompanies most large TV's these days, using both doesn't seem plausible to me at all.
