On the bottom of the hanging brackets that attach to the back of the TV there is a small Philips head screw that tightens to the bottom of the wall bracket.Since you can slide the TV they evidently aren’t tight. Take a Philip’s screwdriver and loosen them enough that you can completely lift the TV off the wall bracket then set the TV back into the groove of the wall bracket so the TV bracket is beyond the bolt that is causing the problem and then continue to slide the TV further to the desired position.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you would require to remove the display from the wall plate then re position it into your desired location There is a screw at the bottom of each of the vertical rails that would need to be unengaged in order to allow the display to be removed. After you reposition the display then these need to be reengaged to secure the display to the wall plate.
