Try adjusting the grinder to a lower number...only turn it when it's actually grinding..this makes for a finer grind and richer flavor. Next push the button next to the bean icon to three reds before starting a brew...this will increase the size of the coffee puck for brewing...you may also want to lower the amount of liquid in your cup with the icon next to bean icon...It takes some patience and trial and error but it's worth it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the bean button is at level three (push the button until it's at the highest level), then back the water down to a lower level. It could also be the beans you're using as you really benefit from new, oily beans when using an espresso machine. If they dry out too much, it won't brew correctly as the water passes through too quickly to absorb.
