• The Hue White And Color can bet set from 2000k to 6500k, and has a large color range as well, and is dimmable. The Hue White (not the bulb you asked the question about) is 2700k and can only be dimmed.

• You can make these bulbs change to any color you want that is in the color spectrum. The apps have preset settings, but you can create your own.

• I don't know how to answer this without being rude... "Yes" is the answer. It covers all colors, warm and soft and cool and hard and dims. It goes through all the colors.

• I have no idea about the wave lengths, but the colors range from ice cold to very warm. You can also dim the lights from 100% down to zero (OFF), which also gives you a lot bigger range of warm and cold colors and how you want the effect to be.
