Questionhow do you connect these to the home app via ios? I've tried every way & QR code included with the packaging & nothing seems to work. works with the hue bluetooth app but bought them specifically thinking i could use them with apple home.

- Answer You can use them with the home app if you have a designated Apple hub like an Apple TV, iPad, or HomePod.

- Answer They are LED lights. I don't know if that is the reason or that it's Phillips' flair. Regardless, they work great! I am certain you could adjust your bulb wire to fit this bulb

- Answer These only have one color and it is a warm white. You will need to get the White Hue lights with "ambiance" to be able to change the color of white.

- Answer Yes, you can assign lights to specific rooms within the hue app. I use the Google Assistant and have Google home's in each room. If I want to turn off a light in a room, I tell it to turn off the lights in said room, if I want to turn them all off, I say turn off all the lights.

- Answer Technically you can, but I wouldn't recommend using a non-Hue dimmer switch as it can shorten the lifespan of your bulbs.
