Nope, you'd have to purchase the motion sensor device to add that feature.

No you have to purchase the Philips motion sensor. I have 2 of the sensors and I love them.

No, for that functionality you would need to also purchase the hue motion sensor. I have the lights in my kitchen set up with hue lights and a motion sensor and it works really well.

Not on its own. You need to have a Hue hub, and a compatible motion sensor. It takes a little bit of set up and configuration time.
