- Answer Yes, connect your Hue to a LAN cable. As long as you can get a WiFi connection in the area you wish to install a Hue product, it will work.

- Answer Yes they will, but they are smaller in diameter, works fine in recessed can fixture, if you are not bothered about the larger gap between the edge of the fixture and the lamp.

- Answer Yes and No, they need the bridge to be connected to router but that router does not need to have internet connection. I hope that helps and makes sense

QuestionWhat is the difference between this model# (471960) and model# 548545 starter kit also on the site? Both have the same price ($199). Only difference seems to be in the lumens (800 vs 806), but I assume this is a typo if these are both Gen4 bulbs?

- Answer Yes. Wi-Fi is not required (not even used). The hub comes with an Ethernet port. You can connect it to any network jack that has internet access. It does not use Wi-Fi.
