• The spec says 25000 hours. It's not clear if this is the MTBF or if is the L70 curve. If you run them for 8 hours every night, that should work out to about 8.5 years of life. My guess is that some will probably fail before 25000 hours and some will fail after that. Part of that will probably depend on how cool the bulb stays when it is operating. In an enclosed light fixture, they will get hot.
