Yes. Google Home works perfect with Philips Hue. You can give it any commands and it'll turn on or off, change colors, and dim. You can also set commands like "Goodnight Google" and it'll turn off all lights.

Yes! The Google Home can do just about everything and more than the Echo. If you open the Google Home app and tap on Explore then you will see other commands and services available. If you have Google Assistant app and if you tap on the app drawer small circle in the top right tap on that then you can see everything what you can say. So basically any commands you see in the Google Assistant app you can just say HEY/OK, Google then a command from either the Home or Assistant app. Also, you can link certain products to your Google Home so it can control the devices it supports.
