A:Answer They can be set to those but the actual aren't preset in the app. Like someone before me said, you have to select the color from a color chart.
One VERY important thing to note is that 2700K is the default setting for the bulbs. If you turn off the bulbs from a manual switch, like the actual switch from the lamp or the wall switch, when you turn it back on it will forget the color setting you had it on and return back to 2700K. Always. This has been addressed to Philips since 2014 and they will not let the bulbs remember the color setting when shut off from outside the hub, due to "security reasons". So if that's an issue for you, these bulbs aren't for you. They will not fix it.
