• If you are taking about color those are called Kelvin and these get to about 6000k which is the typical “Daylight” color on a light bulb. If you are talking about brightness those are measure in lumens in which case these bulbs are 800 lumens which is the typical brightness of an incandescent 60w bulb.

• Bulb will get very white like outside light but it not going to look like a 6500 lumen light. It might work if you buy several bulbs for one room. I hope this answered your question
