Does the hue bloom work with the amazon Alexa? null

Technically any Hue light can work with Alexa. The integration has to be set up between the Hue Bridge and your Amazon (Alexa) account. Once you've done that you have to look up which commands that work with Alexa. Good news: There's lots that you can do Bad News: You have to say things perfectly to get it to execute or learn to program through a mediator program like IFTTT (If This Then That)
