• Yes. The new bridge replaces the old and they all work fine on the new bridge.

• Yes it is compatible with the Apple HomeKit enabled bridge. The online reviews of the new bridge aren't very good though so be aware of that. I have the old bridge and it works very well

• Yes they will. I purchased the Gen2 bridge and transferred over all of the existing bulbs. Worked like a charm.
