Being that there are multiple a19 starter kits I'd say the most likely difference is that the others are either 1 bulb and a switch (this is usually for the white or white ambiance), or 2 bulbs and a hub (white or white ambiance) or 4 bulbs and a hub (white, white ambiance or color). However, this kit includes 3 color bulbs, a hub AND a switch. It's a pretty great combination of most of the accessories you'd need to truly be a "starter" kit.

But here are a few starter kits, so I'm not sure exactly which one you mean, white or color? I was refering to the color sets above. Product descriptions are helpful when read.
