• Yes. Use the Philips hue app, and tap the three dots in the right corner. Select edit or add lights, then click search and you should be able to see the new bulbs.

• yes, if you have a hub you can sync many bulbs to the same hub, keep in mind the range between bulbs and the hub, they cant be too far away in order to communicate effectively.
